Boots on the Grounds Alberta aims to provide an 24/7 anonymous helpline providing anonymous and confidential peer support to First Responders and Military Members across the province of Alberta. We are a charitable organization that is entirely run and staffed by volunteers

Veterans Association Food Bank (VAFB)
As a community of Veterans Helping Veterans, we strive to provide Veterans help across Western Canada. We have offices in Calgary, Lethbridge, Edmonton, and Grande Prairie, but can help Veterans in all of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. We work together to create healthy and resilient futures, advocating for Veterans’ rights and supporting Canadian military families.



Wayfinders Wellness Society (WWS)
WWS was established in September 2020. Nestled on a tranquil 4-acre section of a generationally run working cattle ranch just outside Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. Our operations are housed in a beautifully renovated 1921 ranch house. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, this space provides a serene environment for our programs.
Carl Conradi Psychological Therapy – (Clinical Oversight)

I offer one-on-one in-person and online counselling services to adults and adolescents residing in the Calgary Metropolitan Area, across Alberta and Western Canada, and abroad.


The Mustard Seed
With offices in Calgary and Edmonton, the Mustard Seed’s Veterans Advocacy Program provides emergency care, housing support, health and wellness programs, and wrap around services to all Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP veterans within reach of any of our seven offices in B.C., Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Funded by a grant from Infrastructure Canada and in cooperation with Veterans Affairs Canada, we support veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness in order to secure suitable, affordable housing and provide any wrap around services that are required to stabilize their housing for the long term.
Legacy Place Society
Legacy Place Society exists to build family resiliency and legacies to withstand the unique challenges faced by Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical / Fire Fighter Services, 911 Dispatchers, Veterans and Military Personnel. The very nature of daily work within these professions can create emotional and physical havoc and the vicarious trauma, ptsd, operational or occupational stress injuries and the psychological and physiological demands of the profession can become major stressors on the individual and their family.

Survivor Perspectives Consulting Group is a female veteran owned service provider of training and education teaching not only how to support survivors of gender violence, but also how to affect powerful and sustained change in high-trust, culturally unique environments.
RCMP – Support for Operational Stress Injury Program (SOSI)
he Support for Operational Stress Injury (SOSI) program connects both current employees and former RCMP members with a peer support network – a supportive community of people who have experienced an operational stress injury.
The Support for Operational Stress Injury program provides peer support to all employees of the RCMP, regardless of rank or category of employee, as well as RCMP veterans and retired employees.


Sexual Misconduct Support and Resource Centre (SMSRC)
Support services for currently serving and former Canadian Armed Forces members, National Defence public service employees, Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers affected by sexual misconduct and their families, aged 16 and older. Guidance and support for leaders and management on addressing sexual misconduct.
